Northern Giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis)

Northern giraffes are well adapted to life in savannahs and steppes. Their long necks allow them to browse the tops of trees, avoiding competition with other herbivores. Despite their size, giraffes are vulnerable to predators like lions, which often target calves.

In reserves, giraffes are provided with expansive areas of grassland and trees, ensuring a natural diet and space for social behavior. Conservation efforts focus on protecting them from poaching and monitoring their population growth.
